CONFERENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing an event ticket, you consent and authorise Toastmasters International or any entity authorised by Toastmasters International (such as a Toastmasters club or district) to copyright, use and publish any of the images in any format taken of me during the conference. These images may be used for a variety of purposes and may appear on the club or district website, the Toastmasters website, in the Toastmaster magazine, promotional materials or any other media now known or to be invented. Toastmasters International or any entity authorised by Toastmasters International will use the images exclusively for Toastmasters-related purposes and not for any commercial gain.

Since anyone can download an image from the Internet or make copies from printed materials, you agree that Toastmasters International is not responsible for unauthorised use of the images. You are not entitled to any compensation and that the images may appear with or without my or my club’s name.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
