Payment of invoices and bookings
All training invoices and fees are required to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the course date. Failure to make payment in this timeframe may result in booking cancellation.
Cancellation and refund policy
In the event of cancellation by the attendee, a full refund will be given provided we receive written notification of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the course date.
A 50% refund will be provided up to 7 days prior to the course date.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the course, are not entitled to a refund.
Refunds will not be given for a “no show” on the day.
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full or rescheduled for a later date, at our discretion. Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.
Course materials
Course handouts and materials will only be provided after full payment has been received.
Copyright
All course materials are owned by the Event Organiser/s. The course materials provided are not permitted to be reproduced. Recording of the training sessions is not permitted.
Presentation
The Event Organiser/s reserve the right to change course presenters without notification.
Accessibility
It is the responsibility of the attendee to check all accessibility provisions prior to booking the course and to contact the Event Organiser/s to confirm accessibility.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
