📝 Terms and Conditions – 2026 Bendigo Junior World Cup

1. Event Overview

• The Bendigo Junior World Cup is a Term 1 futsal competition hosted by FC Eaglehawk.
• Matches are held every Friday from February 6 to March 27, 2026.
• Age groups: Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, Under 14.
• Format: 5v5 indoor futsal, 6 teams per level, 20-minute matches.


2. Registration

• Registration is via TryBooking and must be completed by a parent/guardian or team manager.
• Entry is confirmed only upon full payment.
• No refunds will be issued after January 31, 2026, unless the event is cancelled by FC Eaglehawk.


3. Team Composition

• Each team must have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 players.
• All players must be within the correct age bracket as of January 1, 2026.
• Mixed-gender teams are welcome.


4. Code of Conduct

• Players, coaches, and spectators must adhere to respectful behavior at all times.
• FC Eaglehawk reserves the right to remove individuals or teams for misconduct.
• Referee decisions are final.


5. Safety and Supervision

• All matches are supervised by qualified referees and staff.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for transport and supervision outside match times.
• FC Eaglehawk is not liable for personal injury or loss of property.


6. Photography and Media

• By registering, participants consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes.
• If you wish to opt out, please notify the club in writing before February 1, 2026.


7. Event Changes

• FC Eaglehawk reserves the right to modify schedules, formats, or venues due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be communicated via email and social media.
