Terms and conditions
Due to venue capacity, attendance is limited to 100 registrations, and there is also a student cap of 40% of places, after which only full registrations will be available.
Payment terms
All payments are to be made via the trybooking.com portal. Trybooking accepts credit card, paypal or Gpay. Some payment methods may incur a surcharge.
You will be sent a tax invoice upon submitting your registration and payment, this will be in the pdf that also contains your ticket.
Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is made.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the workshop due to a change in circumstances, please contact us ASAP. Refunds can be provided up until 7 days before the conference starts.
Until 13 February, 2026 Full refund
After 13 February, 2026 No refund. Substitution to alternate delegate is permitted.
Delegate Substitution
If you can't attend the workshop, you can transfer your registration to an unregistered colleague or friend by emailing us. Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be requested directly from the new attendee. Substitution can only be made at the equivalent rate (eg Full to Full or student to student) and no partial refund can be made for change of registration type (Full to student). At the organisers discretion, a student registration can be used for a Full delegate registration, provided that the difference in ticket price is paid
Refund Processing
We will refund applicable fees within 14 business days of receiving a refund request, accounting for the relevant cancellation policy.
Refunds will only be made to the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
The Conference Organizers are not responsible for any cancellation or postponement of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, “Force Majeure”, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil unrest. If the conference is rescheduled, registrations and additional items will be transferred to the new dates. If the event is cancelled, the organisers will provide a refund of registration fees. Travel and other costs incurred by attendees will not be refunded.
Insurance
Delegate registration fees do not cover travel and health insurance, so it is strongly recommended that delegates secure appropriate coverage. The Conference Organisers will not be responsible or liable for cancellations of bookings, loss, inconvenience, theft or damage to belongings.
Alternations to the program
The conference program will be presented as published on the website, but the organisers may need to make changes without prior notice for reasons beyond their control. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by these changes.
Photography and Recording
By registering, participants consent to their image or voice being recorded at the conference, which may be distributed or published by the Conference Organizers. To opt-out, email the organizers in advance.
