Rosebud Toy Library Party Hire Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Hire:
• The borrowing period is for up to one week.
• Party hire items must be returned clean as per our cleaning instructions and ready for the next borrower. THis includes all parts of the hire item being cleaned and dried.
• A $100 refundable security bond is payable when making party hire bookings. This bond is forfeited if items are returned missing parts, damaged or dirty. Bonds are retuned via Tybooking within 7 days if these criteria are met.
• Booking cancellations made less than 7days before booking date forfeit 50% of the hire fee. The refundable bond will be returned in full. Jumping castle bookings cancelled on the day due to bad weather can be transferred to another available date rather than forfeiting fees paid.
• Returning items late will result in a $50 late fee deducted from the bond.
• Party toys are available for collection on at the time listed on your booking.
• All party toys MUST be returned at the time listed in the booking description.
• Collections and returns outside these hours may incur a $20 fee. Late returns may incur a $50 late fee.
• Once you have hired the item you have an hour to report any damage or issues before it becomes your responsibility
(please blow up as soon as possible).
• Any damage that occurs during your hire is your responsibility, and if so, please act immediately and report the damage to the toy library by calling 0457 290 901. If the phone is unattended please message the Rosebud Toy Library Facebook Page.
• By hiring from Rosebud Toy Library you agree with the membership rules of the Rosebud Toy Library Inc., and indemnify the Rosebud Toy Library Inc., its members and staff against all loss or liability, however caused, arising from borrowing Party Hire Items..
