1. I understand the ‘Terms of Participation of Sound Meditation Session’ uses sound and vibrations from various instruments (Himalayan/Peter Hess metal bowls, tingsha, chimes etc) to guide me into a deep state of relaxation while I am lying down on a mat. I acknowledge that at times, sound instruments that vibrate would be held in close proximity to my body.

2. I understand that those with conditions described below are not recommended and I acknowledge that NONE of these conditions apply to me: person in their first trimester pregnancy, person with sound-induced epilepsy, person with implanted heart pacemaker, stent or shunt, person with serious mental health condition (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) must consult their doctor before receiving sound therapy.

3. Participation in group classes and private session involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort and/or emotional effects. If I have any pre-existing condition that may prevent me from lying comfortably or cause injury/pain, I will notify the practitioner prior to the session. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and accept full responsibility for my well-being.

4. I understand that photographs or recordings might be taken during the session for promotional purposes by the practitioner. If I do not wish to be included in such media, I will notify the practitioner in writing prior to the session.

5. I acknowledge this terms and conditions and release Corry Angwar T/A SOUND BODY SOUND LIFE from future liability, negligence, demands, claims or causes of actions that may arise from my participation in sound meditation session.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION - Your ticket is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking more than 12 hours prior to the event, you must reschedule to a future booking within the following 3 months. Any cancellation within or less than 12 hours prior to the event, rescheduling is no longer permitted. If you arrive late to the scheduled event and did not attempt to inform the organiser via text message of your late arrival, you will not be allowed into the event and your ticket is non-refundable. This is to ensure that event starts without interruption.

7.By purchasing the ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
