Terms and Conditions

DELIVER YOUR ARTWORK: Studio 2, Gosford Regional Gallery 36 Webb St. East Gosford on Saturday 18 July 2026 between 10am - 4pm.

• Please complete artworks prior to registering.
• Final artwork size is 20.3cm (height) x 20.3 cm (width) x 3.7cm (depth) (or 8”x 8”) – which are the dimensions of “DEEP EDGE” canvases.
• Signature, name and title on back only (artworks will be displayed anonymously until sold).
• All adult artworks must be for sale. Commission is 25% from each sale (i.e. $75 from each sale is paid to the artist). Children's artworks are not for sale.
• Artworks will be exhibited in the Community Gallery at 36 Webb St, East Gosford from Wednesday 22 July to Monday 3 August 2026 from 9:30am to 4pm daily.
• Adult artists will share the duties of supervising the exhibition and helping with set-up & dismantling.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
