Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand participation involves risks (e.g., slips, falls, dehydration, heat stress, adverse weather, uneven surfaces, traffic, unforeseen hazards). I confirm I am physically fit and have no medical conditions making participation unsafe.
Safety Requirements
I will follow instructions from event coordinators and volunteers, exercise care, stop if unsafe, and wear suitable clothing/footwear. I will bring water, sun protection, and personal medications (e.g., inhalers, epipens).
Medical Consent and Costs
I consent to first aid or medical treatment if required and authorise event organisers and volunteers to share registration details with responders. I understand that I am responsible for my own health and injury insurance coverage and accept responsibility for any medical, ambulance, or related costs arising from participation.
Children’s Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising or designating a responsible adult to supervise children under 16 . Event organisers and volunteers do not provide child supervision and accept no liability for incidents involving unattended children.
Event Communications & Privacy
I agree to receive event information by email. Personal/health data is collected and used solely for event administration and safety, stored securely, and accessed only by authorised personnel. Requests for access or correction can be made by contacting the Event Coordinator.
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
I understand that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. I understand that the Event Coordinator may reschedule or cancel the event. If rescheduled within six months, registrations will transfer automatically. If cancellation occurs, registration fees will be refunded within 14 business days. Donations are non-refundable.
Release & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and venue owners from claims for injury, illness, loss, or damage, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. I agree to indemnify organisers against any claims that conflict with this waiver.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
