Attendance Policy
Completion of a Chewton Archers Come and Try Session is required in the last 6 months, Unless otherwise agreed upon with the club.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your booked session, we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours prior to your session’s start time – this allows us to offer your position to individuals on the waiting list. We will then work with you to reschedule your booking to an alternative session time.

Due to high demand and limited places on our Come and Try sessions, we are unable to provide refunds for missed sessions or last-minute cancellations.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
