Injury Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the ticket purchaser, acknowledge that participation in tumbling and acrobatic activities carries inherent risks of injury. By purchasing a ticket, I agree to the following:

1. I understand that tumbling, acrobatics, and related activities may involve physical exertion and the possibility of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, and other accidents.

2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child participating in the workshop and agree they will follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors.

3. I release and hold harmless the event organisers, instructors, and affiliated parties from any and all liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from my child's participation in the workshop.

4. I certify that I my child is in good physical health and capable of safely participating in the activities provided during the workshop.

5. I agree that my child is to notify the instructor immediately of any injury or discomfort experienced during the workshop.

Purchasing a ticket for my child, confirms that I have read, understand, and accept the terms outlined in this waiver.
