A Gentle Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and joining us, you are entering a shared space of care, presence, and personal responsibility. The following is here to support clarity for everyone involved.

Tickets & Transfers
All tickets are non-refundable.
If you’re no longer able to attend, your ticket can be lovingly passed on to someone else. We simply ask that you notify us ahead of time so we can welcome them into the space.

Participant Eligibility
All participants must be 18 years or older to attend.

Your Wellbeing
This is a space that may invite deep rest, reflection, and at times, emotional release.
You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and honour what feels right for you. You are responsible for your own wellbeing—physically, emotionally, and mentally—throughout the experience.
If you need to pause, step out, or tend to yourself in any way, you are fully supported in doing so.

A Complementary Experience
Energy Sound & Spirit offerings are complementary practices designed to support your personal journey.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please continue to seek support from qualified health professionals where needed.

Intuitive Guidance
At times, intuitive or energetic insights may be shared.
These are offered as gentle reflections for personal insight and interpretation, and are not intended as absolute truths, predictions, or directives. You are always your own best guide.

Shared Responsibility
By attending, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate willingly and take responsibility for your experience.
We hold this space with deep care, however the facilitators and hosts are not liable for any outcomes arising from your participation.

Respecting the Space
We are devoted to creating a safe and respectful environment for all.
Anyone who is disruptive or not honouring the space may be asked to leave, to protect the experience of the group.

Capturing the Space (Media Consent)
At times, we may gently capture photos or short video moments to share the essence of these gatherings.
By attending, you consent to being included in this content.
If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, you are absolutely welcome to let us know prior to or at the beginning of the event. We will always honour your wishes with care and respect.

Changes
If we need to reschedule or cancel an event, you will be offered a place in a future session.
