By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

1. At Event, you are expected to conduct yourself properly and professionally. If the Event Organiser determines that your behavior is
unacceptable, they reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave.
2. The ticket Processing fees/other fees are non-refundable.
3. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Event Organiser disclaims all guarantees and conditions pertaining to your purchase of tickets
and participation in Event.
4. Where the Event Organiser's liability cannot be excluded, such as with respect to the Australian Consumer Law's Consumer Guarantees
or other legally prescribed terms, the Event Organiser's liability for a breach of contract is limited to the face value of the ticket you purchased, less any applicable booking fees.
5. At any time prior to the Event, it might be necessary to alter the program's timing and content, the speakers, the date, or the location. In that case, you will receive notice from us and have the option to revoke your registration. The Event Organiser is neither responsible nor liable for any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your decision to cancel your registration on these grounds, but you may be eligible for refund of the ticket cost if you are unable to attend the event due to a change of date and time.
6. You agree to release the Event Organiser from any liability in relation to any injury suffered by you during the event.
7. By entering this event site, you agree to being filmed or photographed as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes and you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release the Event Organiser, its successors, assignees and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Do not enter this area if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.
8. You acknowledge that this is a public event and that the Event Organiser has no control over the audience photographing or filming performances/audience area (images, videos, any sort of media), and that the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage, or harm of any kind caused to me/us by an action or actions taken by any member of the public in using or publishing my/our images.
