SCBA Terms of Entry
Welcome to Sunshine Coast Basketball Association (SCBA) events. By entering, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry & Seating
All tickets are general admission, and patrons must sit in the allocated side seating in either the Eastern or Western stands.
Baseline seating is reserved for patrons who have purchased baseline tickets. If found in the incorrect area, you will be asked to move.
2. Patron Conduct
Security will be in attendance and has the authority to remove any intoxicated, abusive, or disruptive patrons.
Antisocial behavior, including harassment, foul language, or aggressive conduct, will not be tolerated.
3. Bag Checks & Prohibited Items
All patrons may be subject to a bag check upon entry.
The following items are prohibited:
Alcohol or illicit drugs
Weapons or sharp objects
Glass bottles or containers
Air horns or loud hailers
Laser pointers
Outside food or beverages (unless medically necessary)
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or ticket exchanges will only be provided in the event of a cancellation by SCBA.
5. Media & Photography Consent
By attending a Sunshine Coast Phoenix game, you consent to being filmed or photographed, with images potentially used in media coverage, social media, websites, or marketing materials by SCBA, NBL, or Basketball Queensland.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees must comply with the Basketball Queensland Codes of Conduct.
Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue and/or further disciplinary action.
7. Minors & Supervision
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Re-entry Policy
Re-entry may be permitted with a valid wristband or stamp. Please check at the entry point before leaving the venue.
