SUNSHINE COAST BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Premium Membership Ticket Holders will be seated either behind the Home or Away bench dependent upon ticket holders selection at time of booking. You are invited to attend our corporate hospitality area.

Standard Membership Ticket Holders are eligible to sit in the members only section of the main general admission grandstand (center court) & will not be allocated a numbered seat with no access to the corporate hospitality area.

Admission to an event is subject to Sunshine Coast Basketball Association Terms. In particular, the following form part of SCBA terms unless otherwise specified:

1. You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where SCBA has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.

2. You may not be permitted to take into the event, or use, cameras or other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones) unless previously organised with SCBA.

3. You may be required to submit to a search of your possessions before entering the event.

4. SCBA will only offer a refund or exchange of tickets if the event is cancelled.

5. SCBA reserves the right to remove patrons who do not adhere to the Basketball Queensland Codes of Conduct
