1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.

8. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be canceled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
9. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
10. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. You may be photographed during the event. Photographs from this event are used for promotional purposes.
11. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
12. No seating provided, BYO fold up chairs.
13. This is an all-weather event and will go ahead regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be given for inclement weather conditions.
14. If you feel unwell, we ask that you please do not attend for the safety of other attendees.
15. The Wee Waa Lions Club are catering this event. We appreciate your support in purchasing meals, however there are no restrictions on bringing your own food into the venue.
16. There is no bar onsite, please BYO & drink responsibly.
