State Dance Association Inc. likes to promote its events to the public via its website, emails and social media.
When we run SDA events, photographs and video footage may be taken. The SDA may use, publish, or broadcast this content publicly for promotional purposes.
By entering an SDA event, you consent to the SDA's use of the content in this way. Parent and guardians also consent to the use of the content on behalf of their child.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please advise an SDA member, or email info@statedanceassociation.org with details of your request.

Injury & Attendance Policy (completion & submission of this event registration is digital acceptance)
I acknowledge that dancing is an active sport in which there is an inherent risk of injury. While great care is taken to provide a safe dance environment, my child participates in this dance event at his or her own risk. I am aware that neither the teacher(s) nor State Dance Association can be held liable should an injury occur before, during or after classes. I am aware & agree to all T&C listed on this form. I have read this form its entirety & understand & agree to this statement.
