All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel your booking after paying the full balance, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on whether your spot can be filled.

If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded or transferred to a future retreat.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover illness, injury, or travel disruption.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
