REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation/Refunds

If a cancellation is requested the purchaser of the ticket must email the course administrator (ICUCourses@svha.org.au) requesting cancellation.

A refund may be provided under the following conditions.

Notification period
On the day of the event, Candidate fails to attend a course - No refund

Within 24 hours of event, Candidate requesting a refund within 24 hours before event start date - No refund

Up to 14 days before, Candidate requesting a refund up to 14 days before event start date - No refund

15-20 days before, Candidate requesting a refund 15-20 days before event start date - 50% refund

21-30 days before, Candidate requesting a refund 21-30 days before event start date - 75% refund

More than 31 days before, Candidate requesting a refund in excess of 31 days before event start date - Full refund


If failure to attend on the course date is due to sudden illness, a medical certificate will be required for a refund to be considered.

All refund payments (either whole or in part) will be made directly to the credit card used to make the original payment on Try Booking.

The above terms and conditions are applicable to all candidates.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
