1. Eligibility and Purchase

1.1 The Hume City FC 2026 Season Pass is available for purchase by individuals aged 18 and over.
1.2 Concession pricing is available for holders of valid concession cards, including student IDs, seniors’ cards, and pensioner concession cards. Proof of eligibility must be provided at the time of purchase.

2. Inclusions

2.1 Each Season Pass entitles the holder to:
• Admission to all NPL Victoria home games hosted by Hume City FC during the 2026 season.
• Admission to Australia Cup Preliminary rounds where Hume City FC is the host team.
• One 2026 Hume City FC-branded scarf or beanie, as selected by the purchaser.

2.2 The scarf or beanie will be available for collection at Nasiol Stadium or another designated location, as communicated by the club.

3. Usage

3.1 The Season Pass is non-transferable and must only be used by the individual named on the pass.
3.2 The pass must be presented upon entry to games. Lost or stolen passes may be replaced at the discretion of Hume City FC for a nominal fee.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Season Pass purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
4.2 In the event of game cancellations beyond the control of Hume City FC (e.g., weather, public health directives), no refunds or credits will be provided.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Pass holders are expected to adhere to the Hume City FC Code of Conduct while attending games and events. Offensive behavior, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated.
5.2 Breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the cancellation of the Season Pass without refund.

6. Access to Events

6.1 The Season Pass provides general admission access only unless otherwise specified. Seating arrangements are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Changes to Schedule

7.1 Game dates, times, and venues are subject to change. Hume City FC will endeavor to notify pass holders of any changes via official communication channels.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with Hume City FC’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

9.1 Hume City FC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by pass holders during attendance at games or events, except as required by law.
