1. REFUND POLICY
Where an enrolment is withdrawn, refunds may be applied under the following conditions:

1.1 If written notice of withdrawal is received before the first day of the program, a refund will be issued subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

1.2 Once summer school has started, a refund for the unused portion of prepaid fees will only be considered if a student is totally incapacitated for medical reasons. A detailed medical certificate must be provided and must state that the student is totally incapacitated during the program period.

1.3 If any program is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, students will be entitled to a full refund.

1.4 No refunds will be considered after the program has been completed.

1.5 Fees are non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another date or person.

1.6 Partial refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or change of mind.

1.7 Students who test positive for COVID-19 or have severe cold symptoms should not attend classes. A refund will be issued from the date the student tests positive for COVID-19, provided proof of the positive result is supplied.

2. ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
Students are required to attend all classes and must be punctual at all times.

3. GROOMING
There are no specific uniform colours. Students should wear neat and comfortable dance training attire. Baggy clothing should be avoided, except in hip-hop classes.

4. PLACEMENT AND COMPETENCY
DW reserves the right to assess each student’s skill level and determine their appropriate class placement.

5. CLASSROOM ACCESS
Parents are not permitted in the classroom except on Open Days or in classes for students under 5 years of age. All teachers and DW staff hold a current Working With Children Check and comply with Child Safety policies.

6. PREMISES MAINTENANCE
All students, patrons, and guests are responsible for keeping the DW premises neat and tidy.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
All patrons are responsible for their own belongings. DW is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items, including uniforms or property left at the studio. Labelling personal items is recommended.

8. RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, other students, and staff. Repeated disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the student being asked not to participate in class.

9. LIABILITY AND INJURY
Students and their guests are responsible for any damage to DW property caused directly or indirectly by them. DW is not liable for injuries sustained while attending classes or visiting the premises. By enrolling, students and parents agree to release DW from any claims related to injury or loss. Students are supervised by a qualified instructor during class.

10. COLLECTION OF STUDENTS
All students under 15 years of age must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over and must not leave the premises during training hours.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Parents, students, and guests are not permitted to photograph or film during regular classes. Photography and filming are only permitted on Open Days at designated times, allowing students who do not wish to be included to step out of the frame.

12. TEACHERS
DW reserves the right to arrange substitute teachers without prior notice, where required.

(If student is under 18 years old) I am the parent & legal guardian of the student.

I accept the terms and conditions of enrolment.

I warrant that the student is physically fit and able to participate in the summer school.

In the case of an emergency, I (student over 18 or parent/legal guardian) authorise DW to seek medical assistance, including ambulance costs, if necessary and I agree to cover any costs incurred.
