By purchasing a ticket to the Supporting Young Minds High Tea, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket purchases are final.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason after 3 March 2026.

Cancellations prior to 3 March 2026 may be eligible for a refund, less any booking or transaction fees, at the discretion of Read the Play.

Tickets are transferable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying the event organiser prior to the event.

Event changes.
Read the Play reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers or schedule if required.

Seating.
Seating will be at long communal tables. While every effort will be made to accommodate seating requests, these cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary requirements.
Dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking or by the specified cut-off date. Requests received after this date may not be accommodated.

Photography and media.
Photographs and video may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes by Read the Play.

Force majeure.
In the unlikely event the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, ticket holders will be contacted regarding next steps.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
