Refund, Transfer, Reschedule, Participation, and Liability Policy
Refunds:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, especially given the current global uncertainties. Therefore, we are offering a more flexible refund policy.
Event Cancellation:
If the event is cancelled by us for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
Purchaser Request: If you, as the purchaser, request a refund, it will be honoured if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Ticket Transfer:
If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please notify the organiser at least 7 days before the event. The new attendee's details will be added to the ticket.
Reschedule or Cancellation by Organiser:
In the event that the organiser must reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to those related to the ongoing war or other global uncertainties), you will be offered the choice between a full refund and a rescheduled date for the event.
Right of Refusal:
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct or presence is deemed unsuitable for the event, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees. If this refusal occurs before the event commences, a full refund will be issued.
Personal Responsibility:
Participants are encouraged to assess their own mental and emotional suitability for the event. Please note that the organisers and facilitators are not medical professionals, psychologists, or psychiatrists. This retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat, or serve as a substitute for professional therapy.
Liability Waiver:
By booking a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that the organiser shall not be held liable for any psychological, physical, or emotional outcomes experienced by the participant during or after the event. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support if they deem it necessary.
