Cancellations will incur a $20 fee if cancelled prior to 1 August 2026, and a fee of $50 if cancelled prior to 1 September 2026. There will be no refund for cancellations after 31 August 2026. In lieu of cancellation, a registration may be transferred to another person.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
