Ticket purchases and attendance

Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. Please check your availability carefully before booking, as this course runs across multiple sessions and is designed to be experienced in full.

Certificate eligibility

Certificates acknowledging training hours and content covered are issued only to participants who attend all scheduled sessions and, where applicable, complete the optional assessment. Certificates cannot be issued for partial attendance.

Transfers

Tickets are not transferable to another person unless approved in advance. Requests for transfers must be made prior to the course commencement and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Course changes or cancellation

If the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the facilitator, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date.

Participant conduct

This course is grounded in consent-led and trauma-informed practice. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, or learning environment of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
