By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
1.Registration:

Registration is open to children aged 5 to 10 years in 2026.

All participants must complete the registration form via Try Booking and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Registration fees are NON- REFUNDABLE.

Program Duration:
2. The program runs for 8 weeks, Term 3 2026 commencing on Sat 25th of July and concluding on the 12th of September

Attendance:
3. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Please inform the club in advance if your child cannot attend a session.

Code of Conduct:
4. Participants and parents are expected to adhere to the Armadale Soccer Club Code of Conduct, promoting a positive and respectful environment for all.

Complaints Policy:
5. Complaints should be submitted in writing to Kevin Brophy juniorpresident@armadalesc.com.au within 7 days of the incident. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

Refund Policy:
6. Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances and only at the discretion of Armadale Soccer Club. If a player withdraws prior to the first session of any term - Kevin Brophy must be contacted via juniorpresident@armadalesc.com.au prior to the commencement of the term.

7. Disclaimer: Armadale Soccer Club (ASC) shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during participation in the ASC FUNdamentals program. Participants acknowledge and assume responsibility for their own well-being and any associated risks inherent in the sporting activities conducted under the program.

Health and Safety:
8. Participants must be in good health to take part in the program. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies.

Media Consent:
9. By registering, participants and parents grant Armadale Soccer Club the right to use photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

Cancellation:
10. Armadale Soccer Club reserves the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather.
Participants will be notified by the club via the terms What's App group.

Kit:
Armadale Soccer Club endeavour to size and distribute kit at the participants first attended session. Stock is due to availability.
Please ensure you have purchased kit at the time of booking. Otherwise you will need to go onto Try Booking again to purchase by clicking through the session to the kit page before it closes.

By registering, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Armadale Soccer Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed.
