When attending the event you accept to have your photo taken at the event for use for promotion and social media. If you do not wish your photo taken, please let us know in writing.

Health & Safety Acknowledgement
Please read the following safety practices and tick the box below to confirm you understand and acknowledge them:
- I will wear closed-toe shoes to the workshop for safety
- I understand we’ll be working with sharp tools (needles, pins, scissors, seam rippers) and will handle them carefully
- I will keep my fingers clear of moving needles when using sewing machines or overlockers, and turn machines off before threading or adjusting
- I will let the facilitator know if I have any allergies to fabrics, threads, or other materials
- I understand the importance of good lighting and posture to prevent eye strain and discomfort during detailed work
- I will help keep walkways clear and work spaces tidy to prevent trips and falls
- I will tie back long hair and roll up loose sleeves when working with machines
- I will ask for help if I’m unsure how to use any equipment safely
- I have read and acknowledge all of the above health and safety practices
