Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund process.

1. Cancellation & Refunds
Notice Period: Refunds will only be issued if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the clinic start time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the clinic start time are not eligible for a refund.

Medical Cancellations: If your child is unable to attend due to illness or injury, a full refund will be provided upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.

No Shows: No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend without prior notice.

2. Wet Weather Policy
In the event of wet weather, our Coaches will do their best to organise suitable indoor activities to ensure the clinic can proceed.

If any day of the clinic must be cancelled due to poor weather and indoor alternatives cannot be arranged, parents will be notified as early as possible.

Please note: The event cannot be extended or rescheduled due to field maintenance and availability constraints.
