Ink & Drink – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Ink & Drink event (Ink Chronicles Collective Ink & Drink), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, including but not limited to cases of no-show, late arrival, illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.
No credits or exchanges will be issued for missed events.
2. Event Changes & Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify the Event date, time, location, instructors, or format if necessary.
In the unlikely event the Event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified and offered either a rescheduled date or a refund at the organizer’s discretion.
3. Age & Alcohol Policy
This is a 18yrs+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
Alcohol consumption is optional and guests are responsible for their own limits and behavior.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest that appears intoxicated.
4. Health, Safety & Conduct
Guests must follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff.
The use of ink, art supplies, and materials is at your own risk.
Disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event.
5. Liability Waiver
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to minor injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage.
The organizer, venue, instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event.
6. Artwork & Materials
All materials provided are for use during the Event only.
Finished artwork is the responsibility of the attendee once the Event concludes.
Results may vary based on individual skill level; no guarantees are made regarding final artwork quality.
7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the Event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in marketing materials unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the Event.
8. Late Arrival
Late arrivals may miss instructions or portions of the experience.
Entry may be denied after a certain time to avoid disrupting the Event, with no refund issued.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
