2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL TICKET(S) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT 18 YEARS AND OVER AT ALL TIMES.
1. Regardless of how the ticket(s) is purchased, it is a condition of entry that all ticket holders agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions with the Brisbane Lightning.
2. BEWARE OF FLYING PUCKS. Enter at your own risk. During ice hockey games, there is a possibility that pucks can enter the stand. Please pay attention at all times.
3. Brisbane Lighting reserves the right to refuse a ticket holder(s) entry.
4. Any person or persons using any ticket(s) entitlement, including game-day attendance, regardless of whether they purchased the ticket(s) themselves, are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. All ticket holder(s) must ensure that any person using their ticket(s) entitlement is aware of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Any ticket holder(s) in breach of these Terms and Conditions risks having their ticket(s) cancelled without a refund.
7. The Terms and Conditions of Game Day Entry with the Brisbane Lightning include a requirement to follow the Attendee Code of Conduct; see below.
8. The ticket holder(s) acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions carefully, obtained advice if necessary, and agree with them.
9. The Brisbane Lightning reserves the right to provide law enforcement agencies with ticket holder(s) details, including contact details, if requested. This includes minors under 18 years old.
10. The Club will communicate information relating to ticket holder(s) via email only. It is important to ensure an active email address is registered at all times and that you remain subscribed at all times.
TICKET HOLDER(S) BEHAVIOUR
1. The Brisbane Lightning reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel a Ticket(s) of anyone who behaves in a manner that the Brisbane Lightning deem to be unsafe, unsportsmanlike or otherwise inappropriate. If a ticket(s) is suspended or cancelled, the holder will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the entitlements. This includes situations where ticket holder(s) may cause other ticket holder(s) or patrons around them to feel uncomfortable and/or impact their enjoyment of the event.
2. Ticket holder(s) must always remain mindful and respectful of those around them and immediately report anything deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate to either a Brisbane Lightning Representative or the staff at Iceworld on any game day so the matter can be dealt with immediately.
3. The Brisbane Lightning reserves the right to decide what is unsafe, disrespectful or inappropriate conduct in its sole and unfettered discretion.
4. To the furthest extent permitted by law, a ticket holder(s) in breach of the Terms and Conditions has no right to object to or appeal against any decision made by the Brisbane Lightning to suspend or cancel a ticket(s) as a consequence of the holder acting in a manner the Brisbane Lightning consider is unsafe, disrespectful or inappropriate.
5. All ticket holder(s) are expected to uphold the Lightning Attendee Code of Conduct at all times when attending a Brisbane Lightning game or event. The Code of Conduct can be found below:
ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT
At the Brisbane Lightning, we believe that everyone has the right to enjoy all games and events in a safe and supportive environment. This extends to ticket holder(s), members, supporters, players, volunteers, staff and opposition fans and players. Please ensure you are familiar with this Attendee Code of Conduct, as failure to comply can result in your ticket(s) being cancelled at any time.
As a ticket holder(s), I Will:
• Support my team through thick and thin, always showing respect for the players' on the Ice.
• Conduct myself in a manner that ensures I am a great ambassador for my team.
• Respect every person I encounter at Brisbane Lightning games and/or events regardless of their age, gender, race, religion, team, ethnic origin and beliefs.
• Vocally support my team in an appropriate manner, whilst always being mindful of those around me.
• Inform Ice Rink staff immediately if anyone around me is behaving inappropriately so they can take appropriate action.
• Comply with all conditions of entry to the venue.
• Respect all decisions made by the club, even if I may disagree with them at times.
• Ensure that any banners or signs I bring along will not disrupt the view of those around me.
• Ensure that my family and/or friends are aware of this Code of Conduct if I allow them to use my seats when I can't attend.
• Ensure I remain considerate of other people's space, including maintaining an appropriate degree of personal cleanliness so that it does not interfere with others of the game or event.
As a ticket holder(s), I WILL NOT:
• Engage in obscene or offensive language, cause or threaten violence, act aggressively or make inappropriate gestures.
• Enter the Ice Rink intoxicated.
• Bring any forbidden objects into the venue, including prohibited sound makers.
• Throw any projectiles onto the ice field or within the Rink.
• Enter the playing field at any time unless I am granted permission.
• Become intoxicated to the point that I become a disruption to those around me.
• Smoke within the venue and understand that I must obey all smoking laws at the Rink.
• Bring any offensive banners, signs, or items into the Rink.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
