By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Southside Rock'N'Roll Club.

The Southside Rock'N'Roll Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-
schedule events due to low enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation a full refund minus the transaction fee is provided to the participant.

No refund will be guaranteed in the event you cancel your attendance less than 2 weeks prior to the dance. However, please contact the Southside Rock'N'Roll Club directly. If you do not show up on the dance without prior discussion the attendance fee will not be refunded.

Please be aware that Southside Rock'N'Roll will take photos and videos during the dance. By entering the dance you consent to photos and videos of you to be taken. These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes of the Club and will may be shared on Social Media. If you do not wish your photos/videos to be shared please approach a committee member at the door.
