Please present your ticket at the door for scanning, either printed or on your smartphone/tablet. All seating is general admission in one of two sections, stalls or dress circle, as shown on your ticket.

If you can no longer use your ticket, please get in touch with us by email (tickets@nso.org.au) at your earliest convenience. We are happy to offer refunds, excluding the 50c TryBooking fee, for change-of-mind up until 48 hours before the event. Refunds are also available on the day if you are unwell or in extenuating circumstances. All refunds for online sales will be returned to the original credit/debit card used for purchase and will not be processed at the venue box office.
