SeerPharma reserves the right to alter the venue if necessary.

SeerPharma will not confirm programs until the minimum number of registrations has been received. This means that attendees may be notified if the event is postponed/rescheduled until one week prior to scheduled start.

To cancel a booking, please notify SeerPharma within 5 full working days prior to the commencement of the event via e-mail. Should SeerPharma receive less than 5 full working days notice, a fee of $100 will be charged to cover administration costs. Attendee substitutions are permitted prior to the commencement of the event.

SeerPharma reserves the right to cancel the event at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. SeerPharma will not be responsible for airline penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation. If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend, a refund will not be issued. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations if necessary.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
