Ticket Purchase & Entry
All tickets must be purchased in advance.
Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and time.
Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed to in writing prior to the event.
Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organiser at least 48 hours prior to the event.
In the unlikely event the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
Minimum Attendance
This event is subject to minimum attendance numbers.
If minimum numbers are not met, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event, with ticket holders offered a full refund or transfer to a future date.
Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, including speakers, content, timing, or venue, if required.
Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as practicable.
