Refund Policy – Christmas Together Events

We understand plans can change.

Customer Cancellations
• More than 90 days before the event: full refund minus booking platform fees
• 90 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund (or full credit to another event)
• Less than 30 days before the event: no refund (tickets may be transferred to another person)

Event Minimum Numbers
This event requires minimum attendee numbers to proceed.
If minimum numbers are not reached by [DATE – e.g. 1 Oct 2026], the event may be cancelled and all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Event Changes
In the unlikely event of venue/date changes, ticket holders will be notified and given the option of:
• refund, OR
• transfer to the updated event.
