Terms and Conditions:
All tickets are non-refundable. If the organiser cancels the event, a refund will be provided for the ticket price only, excluding any third-party booking fees (including TryBooking fees).
Tickets are transferable but not redeemable for cash and must not be resold for profit.
Entry is subject to venue conditions and capacity. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner, without refund.
By attending the event, patrons consent to photography, video, and audio recordings being taken and used for promotional, marketing, or media purposes.
Alcohol service, where available, will be in accordance with all relevant licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements. Valid identification may be required.
All attendees must comply with health, safety, and venue rules and follow directions from event staff and officials at all times.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
