William the Fourth - Cancellation Policy

We endeavour to accommodate all requests to change bookings, preferably by postponing to a later time or date.

Up to 16 hours prior to departure time, passengers may change reservations to alternative times or cruise dates, or reserve the payment to a date to be decided later.
Within 16 hours of departure time, we do not make refunds.

If we are unable to conduct the cruise for any reason, we offer a full refund, transfer to a later cruise, or hold the funds until you can make a new date.

Cancellation of a cruise due to weather is at the discretion of the Master of the ship, made on the day of the cruise, up to one hour before departure time. The Master’s decision is based only on the potential for unsafe weather or harbour conditions during a cruise.

The ship has deck awnings and below-deck spaces, so that light rain conditions do not normally pose any operational problem and we operate if safe to do so.

Charter bookings alterations are determined by negotiation, up to an hour before the booking time.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
