No refunds. In case you cannot attend, you can transfer your pass to another person, but must notify Tropical Soul /LDA first.
Tickets are sold in a first come, first serve until sold out

1. Once purchased, there are no refunds. Transfer could be done to a dancer on the same category, and it must have a written approval by one of the directors. No transfers accepted after Thursday 19 Sep.
2. Organizers reserve the right to change the your dance category (between Amateur and Experience). Depending on a private assessment, or to try to equal the numbers between the roles in a category
