Tickets are required for entry. All sales are final. No refunds are available for change of mind, non-attendance, or late arrival. Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice to the organiser (provide the new attendee’s name). Please arrive on time; late entry may be limited during the opening tea ceremony.
The organiser may make minor program adjustments if required.
Attendees must vacate the premises promptly at the advertised finish time, as the venue is hired and must be returned on schedule.
This is a respectful, discussion-based gathering. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund. Tea will be served. Please notify the organiser in advance of allergies or dietary considerations.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the ticket price will be refunded (TryBooking fees may be subject to TryBooking’s policy).
