Please Note that the Rotary Club of Toowoomba North Inc. and its associates will take all reasonable care in the organisation and running of the event but are unable to assume responsibility for vehicles and/or contents thereof. Vehicles and property are entered, driven, parked, and displayed entirely at the owner’s risk.
- Please ensure that your vehicles and possessions are locked and/or appropriately supervised at all times
- Please ensure that you abide by Aerodrome Regulations
- No pets permitted (anyone observed with a pet will be immediately asked to leave)
- No smoking
- No consumption of alcohol
