I hereby agree to assume all risks and responsibilities surrounding my (or my child's) participation in the program under the instruction of Tough Carry Academy. I understand that similar to all sporting activities, there is a risk of damage to personal property and injury which may result from causes beyond the control of, and without fault or negligence of Tough Carry Academy, its trainers, or employees, during the period of my (or my child's) participation. I understand completely the above agreement and agree to be bound thereby.
Footage in the form of photographs and video may be taken during sessions to be used on Tough Carry Academy’s social media and website ***If you would not like your child to be in photos or videos during sessions, please notify the person taking the footage or Email us prior to the session so we can avoid your child in the footage. I agree with the above statements and it is my intention to follow all guidelines to the best of my ability.
