1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at time of admission. A digital presentation of the ticket is acceptable proof of purchase.
2. Each ticket purchased is valid for one ticket only.
3. Each ticket purchased will only be scanned once and tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds, however this ticket is transferable.
5. It is your responsibility to inform us of any special access requirements or dietary requirements at the time of registration, and in any event no later than 25 June 2026. Any dietary requests made after 25 June 2026 may not be available.
6. By attending the event you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the event. Althea Projects Incorporated reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you. If you do not wish your photograph to be taken at the event please notify the photographer during the event and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request.
7. Although the event details are correct at time of ticket sales, we may exchange the format, content, venue, speakers, hosts, moderators and/or timing of the event. We shall use all reasonable endeavours to notify all participants of any such changes prior to the event.
8. All personal information collected from individuals will be securely stored by Althea Projects and protected from unauthorised use or access. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date and will be destroyed consistent with legislative requirements and our retention periods.
9. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the event by email from the Event Organiser.
