By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

1. AGREEMENT
You acknowledge that this agreement takes effect at the time of you submitting this enrolment form.

2. TRIAL LESSON & TERM FEE
New students are entitled to one trial class only. Term fees are then due at the conclusion of the trial lesson in order to secure the students place in the class for the term. Existing students term fees are due before commencement of the first lesson of the term. Fees can be paid in person via cash or eftpos, or over the phone on Visa or Mastercard.

3. REFUNDS
It is a policy of TFS Dance Academy that in the case of a student withdrawing from a course after the term has commence, refunds WILL NOT be made. In the case of absenteeism in class, you are most welcome to complete a missed session at a later time within the term that the lesson is missed If available. Refunds WILL NOT be made for lessons missed.

4. CLASS PROCEDURES
Dance classes are just for students and their teachers. There is no parent participation required. We provide a beautiful waiting room with a cafe for parents and guardians to relax while the class takes place, where they can watch their dancer on the live video feed and not miss any special moments. By enroling into TFS Dance Classes you acknowledge and agree to abide by this procedure & will not enter the TFS Dance studio at any time unless invited to by the teacher.

5. CHILD COLLECTION
It is the parent's responsibility to collect students immediately after class. There is not supervision in the waiting room.

6. WORKING WITH CHILDREN
All Dance teachers are required to hold a valid Working With Children's Check

7. COMMUNICATION
All communication may be done via phone 08 9200 1813 email studio@tfsdanceacademy.com.au or at the front counter at The Fairy Shop or TFS Wangara. Teachers are not to be contacted directly or personally.

8. COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
In the event of any future government restrictions applicable to The Fairyshop/TFS Dance academy studios, online classes will continue until the end of enrolled term.
