Weather & Cancellation Policy
This is an outdoor-style event. In the case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the event may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of the venue.
If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather:
Ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date where possible, or
A refund of the ticket price (excluding booking fees, if applicable)
Weather-related decisions will be communicated via email as early as possible on the day of the event.
Seating & Table Policy
Tickets are sold by table only and seating is pre-allocated.
One ticket equals one table of the selected size
Tables cannot be split, combined, or added to
We are unable to add extra chairs, guests, or place settings on the night
Please choose your table size carefully when booking
This policy is in place due to fixed venue capacity and service logistics.
Children Policy
This event is designed as a long, social dining experience.
Children are welcome only if included in a full table booking
There are no discounted child tickets
No high chairs or children’s meals will be available
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times
Please consider whether this style of event is suitable for your children before booking.
General
All bookings are final unless the event is cancelled by the venue
Dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking
Entry may be refused to intoxicated or disruptive guests
