Gala Dinner – Terms and Conditions of Entry
- A valid ticket is required for entry and must be presented upon arrival.
- All tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. All refunds will be at the discretion of the BGS Producer. - Tickets may be transferred to another individual prior to the event; however, resale for profit is prohibited.
- This event is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and over.
- Dress code is smart formal or evening wear.
-The service of alcohol will be conducted in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
-Any dietary requirements must be advised at the time of ticket purchase. Late requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Seating allocations and table arrangements are determined at the discretion of the event organisers inline with requests at the time of booking.
- The organisers reserve the right to amend the event program, entertainment, timings, or venue where reasonably necessary.
- By attending the event, patrons consent to the use of photography, audio, and video recordings taken at the event for promotional and archival purposes.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
