1. Registration and Entry
This ticket is proof of purchase and may be requested to be presented (digitally or in print) at the event. Each ticket is valid for one named participant only. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with maintaining a professional learning environment. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
2. Fees, Refunds and Substitutions
Please choose carefully. Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event start date. After this time, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance.
Participant substitutions may be permitted up to 7 days prior to the event, subject to written approval by the Event Organiser.
3. Program Changes and Cancellation
The Event Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the program, facilitators, timing, venue, or delivery format where necessary. This includes moving the event to an online or hybrid format if required due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If the event is cancelled by the Event Organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. The Event Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation.
4. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All materials provided as part of this masterclass are the intellectual property of the Event Organiser.
Materials are provided for personal or internal organisational use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, commercialised, shared externally, or used to deliver training or consulting services without prior written consent from the Event Organiser.
5. Recording, Photography and Confidentiality
The Event Organiser may photograph, film, or record the event for internal use or future educational and marketing purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image or voice in such materials.
Participants may not record any part of the event (audio, video, screen capture, or otherwise) without prior written permission.
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions and not attribute comments or organisational information shared during the session to other participants without consent.
6. Professional Disclaimer
The content delivered in this masterclass is provided for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or industrial advice. Participants are responsible for applying learnings within their own organisational, regulatory, and governance contexts.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of attendance at or participation in the event.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected as part of registration will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent is provided at the point of purchase. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Event Organiser.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable state or territory in which the Event Organiser operates.
10. Event Administration
This event is managed via the ticketing platform used for registration and is also subject to that platform’s terms and conditions. The Event Organiser is solely responsible for all aspects of the event.
