First Moon Circles: holistic period education and menarche celebration circles

Thank you for booking your child to attend their First Moon Circle, a very special celebration which helps children feel confident, knowledgable, prepared and supported as they reach menarche (the first period).

In this session we'll share the basic biology of puberty and periods, ways children can support themselves through self-care and the different choices of period products that are available, plus all about the menstrual cycle superpowers. We'll have a celebration at the end with mothers / carers where you're invited to share advice, supportive words, a wish or blessing for your child to take with them into this next phase of their life.
