We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend due to personal circumstances or dissatisfaction with the performance. In the rare event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to exchange for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. Mercury Theatre Wynnum Inc. reserves the right to make cast and program changes without prior notice and such changes are not grounds for refunds.
