The Type1 Foundation provides discounted tickets for type1 families. Tickets are for immediate family of the type1 person only. For a type1 child, this includes parents/guardians and siblings. For type1 adults, this includes partner/spouse and dependent children. Friends and other family members are welcome to attend but must purchase tickets directly from the park to allow enough for type1 families to attend. If tickets holders are found to be purchasing tickets outside of these terms and conditions, all of your tickets may be cancelled.
Tickets are non-refundable, unless there are extenuating circumstances and evidence may need to be provided. There will be no refund for change of mind or due to a change of plans (due to ticket holder).
If the event needs to be cancelled, a new date will be set. If ticket holders are unable to make it to the new date, a refund can be provided.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
