The Audition Edge – Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

All workshop bookings are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of HAMA Productions (“the Producer”).
If a refund is approved, the following deductions apply:
• More than 30 days prior: 30% administration fee
• 14 days prior: 50% deduction
• 7 days prior: 70% deduction
• Within 7 days: No refunds under any circumstances

The Producer reserves the right to request supporting evidence for any refund request. Submission of evidence does not guarantee approval. All refund decisions are final.
Participants attend at their own risk. HAMA Productions accepts no liability for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained during or in connection with the workshop.
Participants are responsible for their own personal property. HAMA Productions is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items.Participants must ensure they are physically and vocally warmed up prior to participation and confirm they are medically fit to take part in physical and vocal activities.
