I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned Activity, entirely at my own risk. I understand that the Activity carries inherent risk, including but not limited to: physical or psychological injury, pain, illness, or temporary disability.

I acknowledge that I understand the nature of the Activity and that I am in good health and proper physical condition to participate in said Activity. I further acknowledge that if at any time I believe my condition to change and become unsafe I will immediately discontinue my participation in the activity and that I will abide by the decision of the event organiser regarding my approval to participate in said Activity.

I acknowledge and assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive any personal injury, death, damage or loss of personal property associated with this event, including but not limited to using the facility and its equipment in any manner, form or fashion and participating in any fitness activities, group fitness classes, or other related activities on the premises.

Ticket refunds requested on or less than 7 days before the event date will not be accepted. Refunds issued at the event organisers discretion.
